Nemo propheta in patria
I wonder why, when they have a subject matter expert close at hand at no cost, people almost always go looking for (very expensive) perfect strangers to (try and) solve their problems.

but for sure that kind of people is not the kind of i trust to team with.
found them harmful to themselves and harmful to others
Pity you're not always given the possibility to choose who's in your team... on the other hand, probably nobody would ever want to work with me :-)
...and often the stranger (and 'expert') is not an 'expert'!
...never said she was :-)
